BIO

Scott has served as a lawyer for the citizens of Pipestone County and surrounding communities since 1978. His expertise revolves around real estate and estate planning, probate, and trust matters.

In his free time, and his looming retirement, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. When he's not with family, he finds ways to get to the local golf course for a few rounds.

Damain D. Sandy

BIO

Damain joined the firm in 1998. In addition to his extensive private practice, was also an Assistant Pipestone County Attorney, ultimately taking over as Pipestone County Attorney in 2014.

 

With his private practice, Damain assists private clients with establishing LLCs and corporations, real estate transactions, and estate planning, probate, and trust matters.

BIO
Erin is from California and has always been fascinated by the criminal justice system. She has worked in a variety of industries, including teaching English over seas in Asia for several years, before discovering her passion for law.

She hopes to continue supporting local programs such as drug court and is focusing on training as an Assistant County Attorney while she works on getting licensed.

Adam M. Maloney

Adam joined the firm as a Pipestone Assistant County Attorney and Associate Attorney in February, 2025. He graduated from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota, where he played on the golf team. He clerked for various judges in the Eighth Judicial District gaining experience in many areas of law. He also worked for a year as a court reporter.

In his free time, Adam enjoys watching sports, reading, listening to music, playing guitar, and spending time with his family. He also enjoys getting a round of golf in when time permits.
